The Worker’s Liens Casebook, a new book by Robert Fenwick Elliott, has now been published and is available for sale.
The book contains sections describing the operation of the Worker’s buyativan.org Lien Act (South Australia), the Act itself with annotations, all the significant decisions on the Act from South Australia and the Northern Territory, the text of the parliamentary debates including both the 1893 and the 1896 proceedings, and precedents.
The book is in Hardback, consisting of 925 pages.
