Ben Noack

A chartered engineer with more than 20 years industry experience starting as an apprentice, working as a site engineer, and for 9 years as a consulting structural engineer; Ben brings to his legal practice extensive experience having worked closely with various consultants from diverse sectors, contractors, builders, and government agencies.

Ben’s unique combination of legal and engineering experience positions him to approach complex legal problems with deep practical insight, pragmatism, and efficiency.

Ben is experienced in providing strategic and pragmatic advice to clients about how to best achieve the outcome they seek. He is experienced in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution and is also experienced in complex litigation in various Australian jurisdictions.
