Fenwick Elliott Grace was established at the beginning of 2006. We specialise in areas of law with a high technical content, particularly construction, infrastructure, engineering and rail projects. The firm is designed to provide world class professional standards in this specialist field without large firm overheads.

Jeanie has been a construction law specialist since 1992 with substantial experience at the front end and in dispute resolution, and is qualified in New Zealand, England and South Australia.

Tom Grace

Partner

Tom is an engineer who set up and successfully ran a construction company for 20 years before becoming a lawyer. Tom is known for his practical insights, his legal acumen and his capabilities as advocate and negotiator. 

Jordan Schutz

Partner

Jordan is a dedicated and tireless advocate for his clients with a sharp intellect, complemented by commerciality grounded in common sense. Since joining Fenwick Elliott Grace in 2017, Jordan is experienced in medium and large scale litigation disputes.

Nicholas was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2020 after graduating from Adelaide University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019.

Joanna Hawke

Joanna was admitted to legal practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2022 after graduating the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 2021.
