Professional Experience

Tiffany has been with the firm since January 2017. She began her legal career as a barrister’s clerk assisting with civil litigation. Once she was admitted she began practicing in family law before focusing on commercial dispute resolution. Her areas of practice range from contractual issues between owners and builders to matters involving local councils and Environment Act and Development Act compliance. Her experience in a wide range of litigation allows her to provide a realistic perspective to clients to assist them in resolving their dispute. She has successfully litigated in a range of matters in the Magistrates and Supreme Courts and her advocacy has allowed clients to negotiate effectively during settlement. Tiffany’s experience and ability to provide a range of legal services enables Fenwick Elliott Grace to offer cost-effective solutions to clients.
