Joy brings to the Fenwick Elliott Grace team, extensive experience in the legal industry.  Her experience has been from the ground up and has included client work and management.

Joy’s experience in senior management includes the strategic direction, sustainability and profitability of firms.  She has skills and experience in change management, human resources, information technology, information systems, finance, marketing and operations. She has managed established and start up organisations.

Joy holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Australia.
