Holly joined Fenwick Elliott Grace in 2008 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia and New South Wales at the start of 2010.

Holly graduated from the University of Newcastle with degrees in Law and Forensic Science and also has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Holly assists the senior practitioners of the firm in representing contractors, sub-contractors, individuals and private clients in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. She has gained considerable experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods including mediations and arbitrations. Like the other members of our firm, Holly focuses on cost-effective and timely solutions for clients.

Professional Experience

Holly advises and represents clients in various areas of construction law.  In particular, Holly specialises in disputes relating to contractural breaches and enforcement together with matters relating to the Building Work Contractor’s Act 1995 and the Development Act 1993.

Further, Holly has a comprehensive understanding of liens pursuant to the Workers Liens Act 1893.

Holly also advises cleints on a range of issues arising out of the new Australian Consumer Laws.
