Erika is a Senior Associate at the firm who practises in all areas of construction law. In particular, Erika specialises in dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, expert determination and mediation (both in advising at the contract drafting stage and at the dispute stage). She has also had considerable experience in disputes arising under security of payment legislation.
Erika has acted in a broad range of disputes, including representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. She has had involvement in proceedings in both State and Federal Courts.
