Dion has over 15 years’ experience in the construction, engineering and energy law fields, in both transactional and dispute related matters, including long-term secondment to project sites.

Dion consistently proves to be an invaluable resource to a project.  He quickly masters the documents, issues and knowledge, advises on position and risk and advocates clearly and fearlessly when commercial or contractual issues or disputes arise.  Dion has close and hands-on experience of the full project life cycle, from first negotiation and contract drafting to having steered clients through major contract termination events, plant failures, data breaches, insurance claims and dozens of issues that can arise on a project every week.
